We appreciate all the work each of you have contributed to Burns this year. Our companies will shut down for parts of the holiday season in December and January. The Burns main office will be closed December 24-26, and Dec. 31-Jan.2. Staff will be at the office or on call for any needs that arise on Dec. 22 & 23 and 29 & 30.

Burns DIRT: Most Burns Dirt crews will shut down Dec 24-Jan 2, with a few crews completing scheduled work during that time. Some work is available for anyone willing, employees should contact Gilbert Luker to express interest. 

Burns LOGISTICS: Burns Logistics will shut down - Dec. 24-26 and Jan 1st & 2nd. Will work the 29th, 30th, and 31st following "workload dependent," schedule. “Work dependent” days are first come first serve, then turned into mandatory if no one volunteers.  The maintenance team will be available for support on working days.

Burns WASTE: will shut down - Dec. 25th, 26th, Jan. 1st & 2nd. Will work Dec. 24, 29, 30 and 31 following "workload dependent," schedule. “Work dependent” days are first come first serve, then turned into mandatory if no one volunteers.
